Refund policy

All sales are final. No refunds, In- store credit only. Products sold through the store are subject to manufacturer warranty. Please reference warranty policy at time of purchase. All service sales including parts, labor and tax are final. No refunds. No store credit. Services rendered are backed by a 30 day Labor guarantee to be free of defects in workmanship. All serviced bicycles must be paid in full and picked up within 7 business days after completion. Failure to comply will incur a storage fee of $5 per day until the bicycle is paid in full and picked up from the store.
